Wigs must be unworn, uncut, undyed, with full original packaging, tags and accessories intact.
❌ Non-Returnable Wigs
Worn, cut, dyed, tangled, stained or damaged wigs
Custom wigs & final sale clearance items
Wigs with missing packaging or artificial damage

🚚 Shipping Fees
You bear return shipping fees and transit risks.
We cover costs only if we send defective, wrong, missing or damaged wigs.
Use trackable shipping and original packaging to avoid secondary damage.
💰 Refund Rules
Refunds or store credit will be processed in 3–5 working days after inspection.
Funds return to your original payment method (bank arrival time differs).
Direct exchanges are not supported; you can get store credit to reorder.
